Interracial families are more common today then ever before. However there are many sides to being in an interracial family. This transparent poetry book shares my experiences of being raised around many single race family members, the personal journey I took in creating my own beliefs, exploring interracial relationships, raising interracial children, and bringing the challenges with raising an interracial family to light.

This poetry book is dear to my heart because it features a chapter written by my daughter, Summer Renee Crowell, who bravely shared her personal experiences of being an interracial child. There are also some collaborative poems sprinkled throughout.
